BEST BREAKFAST EVER!: 1/2 Apple Sliced topped with Cinnamon and Crushed Raw Mixed Nuts / 3 Slices of Grilled Ham / 4 Egg Whites + 1 Egg topped with Salsa and Avocado


Lunch: Tuna + 2 Hard Boiled Egg Whites over Iceberg Lettuce with Chopped Carrots, Celery, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Cilantro & Avocado / Golden Italian Dressing


Dinner: Tuna + Hard Boiled Egg Whites over Mixed Greens with Artichoke Hearts, Shredded Carrots, Chopped Red Pepper, Chopped Raw Zucchini, Avocado / Balsamic Dressing
