Brunch: 1 Egg Nest (Hashbrown Base + 1 Cooked Egg topped with Bacon Bits and Avocado) / 7 Salad Rolls (Rice Paper + Mixed Veg including Spinach, Beets, Carrots, Purple Onion, Cucumber & Avocado)


Snack: Clif Protein Bar with Peanut Butter / Nectarine


Dinner: Original Joe's Restaurant ---> Dragon Boat Lettuce Wraps / Veggies and Hummus

Day 83: Aug 22

Today's Meals


Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites + 1 Egg with Scrambled with Spinach / Vanilla Greek Yogurt topped with Peanut Butter, Strawberries and 1/2 Banana


Lunch: Roasted Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens with Craisins, Pumpkin Seeds, Strawberries & Feta Cheese with Poppyseed Dressing


Snack (no photo): Clif Protein Bar with Peanut Butter


Dinner: BBQ Pork Steak / Grilled Garden Grown Zucchini / Grilled Cauliflower / Garden Grown Tomatoes / Sliced Pickles
