Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 3 Turkey Sausages / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with 1TBSP Peanut Butter / Crushed Pecans / Craisins / Banana


Lunch: Roasted Chicken over Spinach / 1 TBSP Golden Italian Dressing


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens topped with Diablo Sausage Spaghetti Sauce and a Dollop of Plain Greek Yogurt


Airplane Ride 1 Snack: Clif Protein Bar


Airplane Ride 2 Snack (no photo): Apple / Banana


Ferry Ride Snack: Bistro Pack > 1/2 Apple / 3 Crackers / 2 Pieces of Cheese / 1 Slice of Turkey / 1 Hard Boiled Egg
