We were supposed to do 7 rounds of each set of exercises. During my 5th round, I felt a tweak across my right collar bone. Assuming it was my form, I readjusted and unfortunately, pushing through, a severe strain ripped across my collar bone from the shoulder to the mid-line of my body. It honestly felt like something broke. I couldn't even hold my body weight up in plank after this happened.

But instead of calling it quits, I went for a run. Fingers crossed it gets better soon!

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Smoothie with Spinach, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Banana, Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter and Water

Lunch: Grilled Chicken over Mixed Greens with Pumpkin Seeds, Craisins and Poppyseed Dressing

Dinner: Grilled Salmon / Green Salad with Balsamic Dressing / Garden Pan-Fried Zucchini

Snack: Fresh Blueberries / Raspberries / 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
