  • Dumbbell Thrusters (60 with a 2x 20lb Dummbbells)

  • Toe to Bar V-Ups (30)

  • 1 Mile Run - Time--> 9:16 (not a personal best)

FOOD

Today's Meals


Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites + 1 Egg Scrambled and topped with Salsa / 3 Turkey Sausages / 1/2 Apple Sliced topped with Cinnamon and Crushed Mixed Nuts


Lunch: Tuna and Hard Boiled Eggs over Spinach with chopped Carrots, Cucumber, Celery & Cherry tomatoes / Golden Italian Dressing and Fresh Cilantro


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens topped with Banana Peppers, Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Pumpkin Seeds and Balsamic Dressing


Snack: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs / Sliced Cucumber
