  • Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls (swapped out for shoulder presses)

  • Speed Skipping

  • Squat Jumps

Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites + 1 Egg Scrambled with Spinach / 1 Banana with Peanut Butter


Lunch: Grilled Chicken over Mixed Greens with Pumpkin Seeds, Craisins and Poppyseed Dressing


Snack: Vanilla Greek Yogurt / Banana / Peanut Butter


Dinner (no photo): Grocery Store Bought Summer Salad (Mixed Greens topped with Oranges, Strawberries, Pecans, Goat Cheese and Balsamic Dressing / Clif Protein Bar

Day 81: August 20

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites + 1 Egg Scrambled with Spinach / Grilled Salmon


Snack: Clif Protein Bar / Nectarine


Dinner: Baked Chicken over Mixed Greens with Pumpkin Seeds, Craisins, Avocado, Pan-Fried Garden Grown Zucchini and Tomatoes with Poppyseed Dressing
