  • Pistol Squats

  • Cable Shoulder Pulls

  • Cable Triceps Pull Downs

  • Dumbbell Lateral Fly's - 12lb Dumbbells

  • Wide Grip to Narrow Grip Push-Ups

  • Overhead Triceps

  • Barbell Goodmornings

  • + I taught a 'Hard Core Abs' class

  • + I taught a 'Spin' class

Brunch: 3 Ingredient Pancakes / 1 topped with Peanut Butter & Homemade Grape Jelly / 1 topped with Vanilla Greek Yogurt & Strawberries


Dinner: Roasted Chicken Breast / Kale Salad (store bought)

Lunch: 5 Salad Rolls


Snack: Clif Protein Bar / Nectarine


Dinner: Coconut Curried Chicken Breast / Peas / Tomato Feta Salad


Snack: Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Peanut Butter + A Sliver of Dad's Homemade Apple Crisp

Day 86-August 25

Ferry Boat Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs topped with Fresh Salsa / Oatmeal topped with Peanut Butter and Banana


Airport Lunch: Mixed Greens with a Scoop of Tuna Salad + Balsamic Dressing


Airplane Snack: Hummus and Lentil Chips / Nectarine


Dinner: BBQ Chicken over Mixed Greens topped with Banana Peppers, Tomato Sauce and Plain Greek Yogurt

Lunch: Tuna and Hard Boiled Eggs over Mixed Greens + Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Celery, Cilantro & Golden Italian Dressing
