Lunch: Tuna and 2 Hard Boiled Egg Whites over Mixed Greens with chopped Cucumber, Carrots, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes and Golden Italian Dressing


Dinner: Tuna and 2 Hard Boiled Egg Whites over Mixed Greens with Shredded Carrots, Diced Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped Tomatoes and Balsamic Dressing
