Day 78-August 17: Missed Workout (Trail Run Replacement)

I was supposed to be at the gym for today's workout but I slept in, missed gym hours, so went for a trail run instead. It was awesome!

Dinner: Seasons in the Park Restaurant ---> Appy: Caprese Salad / Main: Wild Sockeye Salmon topped with Mango Salsa served with Steamed Seasonal Veggies and Quinoa / Dessert: Lemon Strawberry Tart (shared)
