Lunch: Pork Goulash / Celery / Carrot Sticks / Mushrooms / 1 Cube of Marble Cheese / Avocado / Hummus

Snack:

Cranberry Nut Mix

Dinner: Turkey Chili over Mixed Greens with a Dollop of Sour Cream topped with Green Onion
