Lunch: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and Tuna over Mixed Greens with Cucumber, Carrot, Mushrooms and Avocado / Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing


Snack: 2 Handfuls of Roasted Unsalted Cashews


Dinner: Greek Salmon / Pork Loin topped with Unsweetened Apple Sauce / Kale Salad / 1/2 a Roasted Tomato


Snack: Plain Greek Yogurt / Peanut Butter / Apple
