Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled topped with Salsa / Ham / Turkey Sausages / 1/4 Cup of Oatmeal topped with Peanut Butter, Banana, Slivered Almonds and Craisins


Lunch: Vegetarian Chili over Lettuce with Avocado


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens with Cucumber, Green Onion, Hot Banana Peppers, Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds topped with Bolognese Sauce and a Dollop of Sour Cream


Snack: Clif Protein Bar with Peanut Butter / Pear


Snack: Cottage Cheese with Honey Drizzle
