Breakfast: 2x 1/4 cup of Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Banana / 4 Egg Whites Scrambled topped with Salsa


Lunch: (I was so hungry that I just dove right into eating and forgot to take a picture!) Tuna mashed with Avocado / Celery Sticks / Plain Greek Yogurt / Peanut Butter / Apple


Dinner: Pork Loin over Mixed Greens / Steamed Cauliflower / Unsweetened Apple Sauce / Avocado


Snack (huge): Clif Protein Bar / Apple / Plain Greek Yogurt / Peanut Butter


Beverages: Coffee / Tea / Water
