Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled topped with Salsa / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with Strawberries, Blueberries and Cinnamon
Snack: Cottage Cheese with Honey Drizzle and Banana
Lunch: Beef Chili over Spinach / Cherry Tomatoes / Avocado / Plain Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens topped with Hot Banana Peppers, Bolognese Sauce and Sour Cream
