Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled topped with Salsa / 3 Turkey Sausages / 1/4 Cup of Hot Red River Cereal topped with Peanut Butter, Blueberries, Banana and Cinnamon


Lunch: Roasted Pork over Mixed Greens with Unsweetened Apple Sauce


Snack: Clif Protein Bar


Snack: Sliced Apple with Cinnamon / Raw Almonds
