Today's Meals

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled topped with Salsa / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with 1TSP Peanut Butter, Blueberries, Banana and Cinnamon

Lunch: Roasted Pork over Mixed Greens with a Chopped Granny Smith Apple

Dinner: Roasted Ham / Green Beans / Braised Cabbage (I didn't actually eat the entire plate as I was too full!)

Snack (no photo): Strawberries / Blueberries / Raw Almonds

Beverages: Coffee / Tea / Water
