#healthymichelley woke up with a super sore neck...

but KILLED the 12 Days of Christmas on Day 60!

When I first began this challenge

Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites Scrambled / Grilled Ham / 1/4 Cup of Hot Red River Cereal topped with 1 TSP of Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, Banana and Blueberries


Lunch: Vegetarian Chili over Spinach topped with Plain Greek Yogurt


Snack: Clif Protein Bar


Dinner: Roasted Chicken and Pork over Mixed Greens with Dill Carrots topped with Unsweetened Apple Sauce


Snack: Raw Almonds / Strawberries / Blueberries


Beverages: Tea / Coffee / Water
