Today's Meals

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled topped with Salsa / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with 1 TSP of Peanut Butter, Banana, Blueberries and Cinnamon


Lunch: BBQ Meatballs / Tuna + 2 Hard Boiled Eggs over Spinach with Cherry Tomatoes and Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Steamed Broccoli / Bolognese Sauce over Romaine topped with Greek Yogurt


Snack: Raw Almonds / Strawberries / Blueberries
