Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 3 Turkey Sausages / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with Coconut Almond Butter, Bananas, Strawberries and Cinnamon


Lunch: Veggie Stuffed Roasted Red Peppers / Roast Beef Roll-Ups (Celery, Carrot, Hummus)


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens with Hot Banana Peppers, Spaghetti Sauce and a Dollop of Sour Cream


Snack: Greek Yogurt / Apple / Peanut Butter


Beverages: Coffee / Tea / Water
