Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 3 Turkey Sausages / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with Coconut Almond Butter, Blueberries and Bananas


Lunch: Chicken Breast and Hard Boiled Egg over Spinach with Cucumber, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado, Cheddar Cheese / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing


Snack (no photo): Dried Plums / Blueberries / Raw Walnuts / Craisins


Dinner: Brussel Sprouts / Curried Cauliflower and Peas / Turkey / Cranberry Sauce


Movie Snacks (no photo): HUUUUGE! --> Roast Beef and Hummus / Greek Yogurt and Peanut Butter / Apple / Banana / Walnuts and Craisins
