Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 3 Turkey Sausages / Strawberries


Snack: Watermelon, Cucumber & Mint blended and served over Ice


Lunch: Pork Goulash over Spinach / 2 TBSP Rice / Avocado


Dinner: Pulled BBQ Chicken over Mixed Greens / Beets / Tomatoes / Balsamic Drizzle


Snack: Apple / 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter


Snack: Clif Protein Bar
