Lunch: Pork Goulash over Spinach / 2 TBSP Rice (was mixed in with the Goulash but couldn't separate all of it) / Avocado
Dinner: Steamed Broccoli / Steamed Green and Yellow Beans / Pork Loin / Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Snack: Strawberries / Blueberries / 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter
Beverages: Coffee / Tea / Water
