Lunch: Roasted Chicken over Spinach with Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Pickles / Topped with Cottage Cheese


Dinner: Teriyaki Salmon / Mixed Greens with Cucumber, Hot Banana Peppers, Beets, Avocado & Balsamic Drizzle / Sliced Tomato


Snack: Strawberries / Blueberries / Raw Almonds
