  • 1 Mile Run: Time = 8:35 --> Incline 2.0 / Speed 7.0 increasing to 7.3 (PERSONAL BEST!!!)

Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites + 1 Egg Scrambled / 1/4 Cup Red River Hot Cereal with Dollop of Coconut Almond Butter / Blueberries / Banana / Cinnamon


Lunch: Mexican Shredded Beef over Spinach / Cucumbers / Tomato / Avocado


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Spinach / Beets / Hot Banana Peppers / Cucumbers / Tomato Slices / Balsamic Drizzle / Plain Greek Yogurt


Snack: Clif Protein Bar


Snack: Raw Almonds / Blueberries / Strawberries
