  • 100m Sprints / Incline 2.0 - Speed 9.5

  • Strict Pull-Ups / Negative Pull-Ups / Assisted Pull-Ups

  • Walking Lunges

  • Dumbbell Dead Lifts

  • Assisted Triceps Dips

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 1 Apple Sliced with Cinnamon / 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter
