#healthymichelley is completely exhausted
and under the weather.
Thank goodness today called for a rest day.
FOOD

Today's Meals:
Breakfast: Starbucks Grande Flat White (seriously the first thing to hit my lips)
Snack: Clif Protein Bar - Coconut Chocolate Chip
Dinner: Spinach Salad with Chicken Breast, Hard Boiled Egg, Feta, Almond Slivers and Craisins (no dressing)
Snack: Yogurt and Berry Parfait topped with Granola and Almond Slivers
