This entire course was a crazy arm /crazy core workout! I was terrified and exhilarated all at once. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Today's Meals


Pre-Workout Breakfast: 1 Glorious Cup of Coffee / Smoothie with Banana, Blueberries, Greek Yogurt, Spinach, Peanut Butter and Ice Water


Breakfast: 3 Ingredient Pancakes topped with Greek Yogurt, Mixed Berries and Cinnamon


Lunch: Roasted Chicken Breast / Avocado / Raw Mixed Veggies


Dinner: Rice Wrap Salad Rolls with Chicken Breast (shared platter) / Carrots, Beets, Sprouts, Zucchini, Purple Onion, Avocado, Cilantro


Snack: Cherries / Raw Cashews
