Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites + 1 Egg Scrambled / Tomato Slice / Avocado / Blueberries / Raspberries / Grapes


Snack: Smoothie with Spinach, Blueberries, 1/2 Banana + Plain Greek Yogurt with Honey Drizzle + Ice & Water + Peanut Butter


Snack: Veggie Platter (shared) with Carrots, Cucumber, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers & Avocado Dip


Dip Ingredients: Avocado, Chick Peas, Purple Onion, Lime Juice, Crushed Garlic, Cracked Pepper, Cilantro


Dinner: BBQ Steak over Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Craisins / Corn on the Cob / Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette


Beverages: Water, Tea
