DAY 31: HAPPY CANADA DAY!


#healthymichelley had a challenging day...

- Didn't get a PB for timed fitness test

-Return of the dreaded Monkey Butt

- Missed out on day drinking with the fam

- Didn't get to eat dessert and goodies with everyone

- Sliced thumb cutting pickles

- Getting a sore throat

Boooooooooo!

Thank goodness, tomorrow is a NEW DAY!

And THANK GOODNESS, tomorrow is a TREAT DAY!!!

FITNESS

As mentioned in my daily re-cap...


Although today felt like a solid workout, for some reason, I did not beat my previously recorded time. Not sure why exactly, but officially, for month 3, the time to beat is 6:21:85. #goals


-Speed Skipping

-Squats

-Butterfly Sit-Ups

-Push-Ups

-Burpees

-Speed Skipping


FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 2 Eggs Poached / 1/2 Banana / Strawberries / 1 Apple / Cashew Butter / Cinnamon


Lunch: Roasted Chicken, Strawberries, Blueberries, Avocado over Spinach / Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette


Snack: Cashew Butter / Banana


Dinner: BBQ Chicken Breast over Spinach / Hard Boiled Egg / Tomato / Pickles / Avocado


Snack: Cottage Cheese & Greek Vanilla Yogurt Mix with Honey Drizzle / 1/2 Banana / Raspberries / Blueberries / Cinnamon
