I said "Day 28" at the beginning of the video but I was confused... Day 29, baby!!!

Today's workout was a series of:

  • Bicycle Crunches

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Leg Raises/Reverse Crunches

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 3 Ingredient Pancakes topped with Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Raspberries and Cinnamon

Lunch: Smoothie with Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Spinach, Raspberries, Frozen Strawberries and Peaches, Peanut Butter, Ice and Water

Dinner: Tuna and Egg Salad - no dressing / Pickles

Snack: Roasted Chicken / Cherries / Grapes / Strawberries

Beverages: 1/2 Can of Diet Pepsi / 1 Glorious Cup of Coffee / Water
