Lunch: Green Salad with Cucumber and Tomato / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing / Pork / Unsweetened Applesauce


Airport Snack: 2 Hard Boiled Egg Whites / Banana / 1 TBSP Peanut Butter


Airplane Snack (no photo): Apple / 2 TBSP Peanut Butter


Dinner: Original Joes Restaurant --> Dragon Boat Lettuce Wraps


Midnight Snack at Home (no photo): Vanilla Greek Yogurt Cup / Blueberries / Mixed Nuts
