Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with Banana and a Dollop of Almond Coconut Butter
Lunch: Roasted Turkey over Lettuce topped with Vegetable Stew, Cottage Cheese and Avocado
Dinner: Chicken Blackbean Mexican Salad over Romaine topped with Avocado / Steamed Cauliflower / Sliced Pork
Snack: Apple / Raw Almonds
