FITNESS

Today's workout included:

  • Weighted Box Step Ups

  • Suicide Planks

  • Lateral Lunges

  • Burpees

  • Hamstring Roll-Outs (still not sure about these ones but didn't hurt myself today)

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 1/4 Cup Oatmeal topped with Dollop of Coconut Almond Butter and Banana sprinkled with Cinnamon (sooooooo soooo good!)


Snack: 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese with Honey Drizzle / Blueberries / Cherries


Lunch: Vegetable Beef Soup / Carrots / Cucumber / Celery / TOO MUCH HUMMUS! (but you'll see from the photo - I only actually ate about half the hummus I put on my plate)


Dinner: Lemon and Herb Sole Filet / Roasted Turkey / Green Beans / Tomato Slices / Balsamic Drizzle


Snack: Apple / Raw Almonds
