Today's workout was a series of interval sprints on the treadmill. All sprints were ran at an incline of 2.0.
400m Sprints: Speeds 7.5 / 7.7 / 7.8 / 8.0
200m Sprints: Speeds 8.5 / 8.8
100m Sprints: Speeds 9.5 / 9.6 / 9.7

Today's Meals
Breakfast: 2 Eggs Scrambled / 1/2 Cup Oatmeal topped with Banana and 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter sprinkled with Cinnamon
Lunch: Tuna and Hard Boiled Egg Whites over Spinach with Cucumber and Tomato / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
Snack: 1 Greek Yogurt Cup mixed with 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter / 1 teeny tiny Apple / topped with Cinnamon Sprinkle (sooooo yummy!)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast over Spinach with Spicy Spaghetti Sauce and a Dollop of Sour Cream
Snack: Pear / Raw Almonds
