Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / 1 Apple with Cinnamon Sprinkle / 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter


Lunch: Roasted Chicken Breast over Spinach with 1 Hard Boiled Egg, Cherry Tomatoes and Avocado / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast and Zucchini over Spinach topped with Sausage Spaghetti Sauce and a Dollop of Cottage Cheese


Snack: Apple / Raw Almonds

TREAT: Grapefruit Perrier
