#healthymichelley is hungry and tired

but super happy to be moving towards the goal!

Last night was another troublesome night for me which isn't good because I need my rest. I had trouble falling asleep which I'll attribute mostly to stomach pains. But the pains were a bit confusing to me. I've become accustomed to some late night growls but so far, have been able to sip tea, and they've eventually dissipated. But these pains felt more like a constant pressure across the entire belly. At one point, I thought I was going to be sick. As I was going through my medicine cabinet to see what I might have to help... I remembered I had just recently bought some oils! I grabbed the "Pain Buster" oil and rolled it directly onto my belly. Honestly, it was miraculous how well it worked. I could literally FEEL the pain leaving my belly within 15min of applying the oil. Not selling it, I swear! Just letting you know... for me - it worked!


FITNESS

Today's workout was another muscle builder! Lots of pull-ups, lots of box jumps, some abs and some glutes. It was actually awesome. Those freakin' pull-ups! Although I still can't get in more than 1-2 unassisted pull-ups, I can feel myself gaining strength by doing the negatives and using the assisted pull-up machine. It's incredible!


Today was the first day I REALLY noticed a change in my body. As I was doing laundry tonight, I threw on an old pair of boyshort undies and unbelievably... My butt was SWIMMING in them!


So YES - this diet is working. And YES - the workouts are worth it!!!

Yay to progress!

FOOD

Today's Meals


Breakfast: 1/4 Cup of Oatmeal topped with a Small Sliced Banana, Cinnamon sprinkle and a Dollop of Coconut Almond Butter / 2 Slices of Ham / 4 Egg Whites Scrambled


Snack: 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese with Cinnamon / 1 Pear


Lunch: Roasted Chicken and Turkey Chili over Spinach topped with Greek Yogurt


Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Green Beans / Tomato Slices with a Balsamic Drizzle


Snack: Apple with Cinnamon Sprinkle and Coconut Almond Butter
