FITNESS
Today's workout was straight-up cardio! I really liked the rowing last time I gave it a go, so I wanted to add it to my cardio routine this week, especially since it targets those back muscles!
FOOD

Today's Meals
Breakfast: 1 Apple Sliced / 1 TBSP of Coconut Almond Butter
Lunch: Tuna mixed with Avocado / Celery / Cherry Tomatoes / Steamed Broccoli
Dinner: Turkey Chili over Spinach with a Dollop of Sour Cream
Snack: Raw Almonds / 1 Pear
Beverages: Tea and Water
