#healthymichelley is a bit of a zombie today...

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / Red River Cereal topped with a Spoonful of Coconut Almond Butter and Sprinkled with Cinnamon / 1 Turkey Sausage (FYI: the sausage was gross)

Snack: Greek Yogurt Cup with Honey Drizzle and Blueberries

Lunch: Vegetarian Chili over Spinach topped with Cottage Cheese

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Steamed Broccoli with Soya Sauce for flavour/ Steamed Yellow and Green Beans / Tomato Slices with Balsamic Drizzle / Hummus
