FITNESS
Today's workout had lots of those push-ups that I love to hate! I'm working on my form but I gotta say... IT IS TOUGH! You'll see in my video that my arms still aren't quite tucked in... But I'm definitely getting stronger and better every time we drill them.
I did my sprints on the treadmill at an incline of 2.0 and a Speed of 9.0. For my last sprint I went at a speed of 9.5... it felt super fast but I think next time I do short sprints - I'll start with the 9.5 speed - since I DID survive it. :)

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Scrambled / Banana / Coconut Almond Butter / Grapefruit Slice / Pineapple Slice
(My trainer has grapefruit in her breakfasts quite a bit, but I am personally not a fan of grapefruit so I thought I'd give it a go and see if I can acquire a taste for it. Not yet.)
Lunch: Tuna and Hard Boiled Egg over Spinach with Cucumbers, Tomato, Avocado / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
Dinner: Vegetarian Chili over Spinach / Grilled Chicken Breast / Dollop of Sour Cream
Snack (no photo): Strawberries / Blueberries / Raw Almonds
Beverages: Tea and Water
