Today was a rest day and my body needed it.

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites Hard Boiled / Apple Slices sprinkled with Cinnamon / 1 TBSP Coconut Almond Butter

Lunch: Chicken Breast over Spinach / Cucumbers / Tomatoes / Avocado / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing

Dinner: Chicken Breast over Spinach and Mixed Greens topped with Marinara Sauce and Avocado

Snack: Greek Yogurt Cup drizzled with Honey topped with Strawberries and Blueberries sprinkled with Cinnamon

Beverages: Tea and Water
