Day 16: June 16th

but is happy to be back, living at the gym!
FITNESS
Lots and lots of pull-ups today! Not sure if it was the time at night of my workout or some exhaustion from traveling but those pull-ups were rough... I only managed to get in 2-3 unassisted while out of the remaining 25 pull-ups I had to, I did negatives. FEELING TIGHT THIS MORNING!
The One-Legged Bench Squats were new for me... I liked them, but I was hoping to feel it more in my glutes today. Not sure if I need to start adding weight or not at this point but I'm missing sore legs and ass!
Planks for me are not a problem... I think I'll start doubling the time she's suggesting.

Staying true to your diet while traveling with unexpected delays is not an easy task! I was grateful that I made myself a full breakfast before starting my day and that I had extra snacks packed in my travel bag.
Breakfast: 3 Ingredient Pancakes / Vanilla Greek Yogurt / Strawberries / Cinnamon sprinkle
Airport 1 Lunch: Garden Salad / 1 Scoop of Tuna Salad Mix (yes mayo - boooo) / Balsamic drizzle
Airplane Snack 1: Apple / Raw Almonds
Airport 2 Dinner: Garden Salad / Hard Boiled Egg / Italian Dressing (just a bit!)
Airplane Snack 2: 5 Strawberries / Peppermint Tea
