Day 15: June 15th

and ready for travel day tomorrow!

FITNESS

Truth be told... I did NOT want to work out today. In fact, I had convinced myself that I was skipping (with total justification - of course). And then my Mom had words with me and I found myself (begrudgingly) making my way up to the gym.


And you know what??? I AM SO GLAD I WENT!!!


Build yourself a solid support team. Let them help you! Use them when you can't make sound decisions and trust their judgment when your own is off-kilter. Sometimes you need a push!


FOOD

Today's Meals


I had a pretty bad migraine today and my food reflects the fact that I wasn't feeling so great. I drank LOTS of tea and even had a dessert that I forgot to take a photo of. I'll be sure to add it to my food list below.


Breakfast: 2 Eggs Scrambled with Spinach and Italian Turkey Sausage / 1/4 Avocado / 1/2 Apple sliced topped with Cinnamon


Snack: Jade Citrus Mint Tea / Vanilla Greek Yogurt Cup / Raw Almonds


Restaurant Dinner (Cactus Club): Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl - NO RICE - with Extra Veggies.


Snack: Cottage Cheese blended with a Vanilla Greek Yogurt Cup topped with Honey Drizzle and Mixed Berries sprinkled with Cinnamon
