Day 14: 2 WEEKS IN!!!
This quote is fitting for how I feel about this challenge and all of the changes I'm having to make to achieve the results I'm aiming for. I can't decide my future. There is no way that I can know if the end-results of this challenge will change my life. At this point, I have no idea what my future holds. But what I do believe is, that through this process of daily decision-making , there is magic to be found.
I'm creating new habits for myself. Or rather, I'm deciding to create new habits for myself. It's not that I don't want to eat a DQ Blizzard on a Saturday night while I watch a movie - it's that I've decided to start making different choices for myself. I'm choosing new habits. Ones outside of my comfort zone. We'll see about the rest!

FITNESS
Today was REST DAY! So, I took myself out for lunch, went for a mani/pedi and came home to drink some delicious new David's Tea while having a LUSH bath. This one is the Yoga Bomb... the salesperson said it would ease my sore muscles. It was lovely and even had sparkles!
FOOD
Today's Meals
Breakfast: Smoothie with Strawberry Yogurt, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Spinach, Peanut Butter, Ice and Water
Lunch: (from the Pita Pit) Chicken Breast Salad. The Pita Pit cooks their chicken and veggies in water instead of oil... I grilled the chicken, mushrooms, onions and green peppers and ate over a combination of romaine lettuce and spinach. I added tomato, cucumber, pineapple and hot banana peppers. The dressing was a light vinaigrette and I ordered tzatziki on the side, but didn't end up eating any of it.
Snack: Crunchy Green Grapes / Raw Almonds
Dinner: Shredded Rotisserie Chicken Breast and Green Beans over Spinach topped with Homemade Guacamole.
Beverages: Water / Tea
