FITNESS
Sit-ups, sit-ups and more sit-ups... You would think my abs would be killing me but it's actually my ass! Specifically - a spot below my tailbone on the right side - just above my butt crack. All that lever action caused a whole bunch of 'rubbage' on that very spot and now I have a huge scab. AB FAIL! Hope it gets better soon!!!

Breakfast: Turkey Sausage and Spinach Scrambled with 2 Eggs / 1/2 Sweet Potato/ 1/2 Roma Tomato / 1/2 Apple with Cinnamon sprinkle
Lunch: Smoothie - Spinach, Banana, Berries, Greek Yogurt, Strawberry Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Ice, Water
Car Snack (no photo): 1 Cup of crisp Green Grapes / 15 Raw Almonds
Dinner: Salmon Filet over Romaine drizzled with my Mom's AWESOME Caesar Salad Dressing / Green Beans
Beverages: Water / 1 Glorious Cup of Black Coffee / Chocolate Tea / Green Tea
