Day 11: June 11th


#healthymichelley is happy to be home

and out exercising in nature!

FITNESS

Today was a cardio day...

so instead of hitting the treadmill or the rower

(as I spend every waking minute for 2 weeks at the gym in camp),

I hit the roads around my neighborhood.

The lovely little route I did today is most famously known as

"The Diamond Loop".

It's a 3km run from my doorstep and back.

Quick, hilly and beautiful.

Since hot yoga was a bust,

I went for a walk with my Mom and her dog after dinner.

Ladysmith is such a pretty little town!

Not a bad view anywhere you walk.

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Smoothie - Greek Yogurt / 1/3 Banana / 2 Strawberries / Handful of Blueberries / Spinach / 1 HEAPING TBSP of Peanut Butter / Ice & Water - Blended

Lunch: Roasted Chicken Breast over Spinach with Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and Avocado drizzled with Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette

Car Snack: 1 Apple / Handful of Raw Almonds

Dinner: Leftover Pork Riblet and Mixed Stir-Fried Veggies over Spinach / Roasted Chicken Breast / Avocado / Spaghetti Sauce (yes, I know, weird combo and meal... but it worked!)

Movie Snack: 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese / Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Banana / Honey Drizzle topped with Cinnamon

Beverages: Water / Coffee / Earl Grey Tea / Chocolate Tea
