Today's Meals

Breakfast: 2 Eggs Scrambled / 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt / Berries / Handful of Mixed Nuts

Lunch: Avocado & Mixed Berries over Spinach with Roasted Chicken Breast & Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dinner: Salad with Purple Onion and Artichoke Hearts / Stir-Fried Mixed Veggies / Pork Riblet

Snack: Cottage Cheese drizzled with Honey and topped with Berries and Banana sprinkled with Cinnamon

Beverages: Water / Green Tea / Earl Grey Tea / Orange Blossom Tea
