Day 9: June 9th

FITNESS

Today's workout was KILLER!

I am so proud of myself, I can actually do 2 Unassisted Pull-Ups

ON MY OWN! I've got the proof here in the video!!!

After 1 round of Pull-ups using the free pull-up bar,

I moved over the to the assisted pull-up bar.

This was so that I could continue the workout using my full range of motion while firing those muscles required to pull my own weight up.

Hoping next week I'll increase that

Unassisted Pull-Up number to 3!

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 3 Egg White Scrambled / 1/4 Avocado / 1 Beef Sausage / 3 Cherry Tomatoes / 1/2 Apple & 1/2 Banana + 10 Purple Grapes sprinkled with Cinnamon (YUMMY!)

Lunch: Chicken Cacciatore over Spinach with Cucumbers

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Mixed Greens / Zucchini & Tomoto / Balsamic Drizzle

Airplane Snack: 1 Banana / 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

Ferry Snack: 1 Apple / 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

Home Snack (no photo): 1 Handful of Mixed Nuts / 1 Egg Scrambled (I was so hungry at 1:30am!)

Beverages: 1 Glorious Cup of Black Coffee / Green Tea / Peppermint Tea / Echinacea Tea / Chammomile Tea / Water
