Day 5: June 5th


#healthymichelley is feeling sore and hungry.

FITNESS

I got through today's workout no problem... Still working on my push-up form, trying to get those elbows in tight.

After my workout I had to teach SPIN and STRENGTH YOGA. Although I didn't put in my usual 100%, my legs were moving, my muscles were flaring and I am FEELING the combined effects!

My legs feel more sore than they have in a very, very long while.

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 3 Eggs Scrambled / 1/2 Apple / 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

Lunch: Salmon / Steamed Broccoli / Celery / Cherry Tomatoes / Hummus

Snack: Greek Yogurt Cup / 1/2 Banana

Dinner: Pork Souvlaki with Peppers and Onions / Brussel Sprouts / Tzatziki Sauce

Snack: 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese / 1/2 Apple / 7 Pistachio Nuts
