FITNESS

Today was a tough workout for me... Feeling very, VERY stiff and looking forward to rest day tomorrow.

FOOD

Today's Meals

Breakfast: 2 thinly sliced pieces of Roast Beef / 2 Hard Boiled Eggs / 1/2 Banana / 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

Lunch: Tuna and Egg White over Greens with Cucumber & Tomato / 1 TBSP Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Yellow and Green Beans / Broccoli Salad / 1 TBSP Sour Cream

Snack: 1/2 Apple / 1 Greek Yogurt Cup

Beverages: Green Tea / Peppermint Tea / Lemon Water / Water
