Treadmill Workout:

Snack: Greek Yogurt / Pineapple

Dinner: Pork Loin / Steamed Cauliflower / Mixed Greens with a Balsamic Vinaigrette Drizzle

Snack: 1 Hardboiled Egg / 1/2 Apple / 1 TSP Peanut Butter

Beverages: Green Tea / Peppermint Tea / Water
